light therapy

What is color light therapy? The world is made up of colors and we come across them everywhere, be it in nature, in traffic or when choosing clothes. You can say they affect our lives. In the long run, there is a lack of light and color information, and the body functions of us and our animals become out of balance. Light and colors are inseparable; Sir Isaak Newton came to this conclusion when he discovered spectral colors in an experiment. How does color light therapy work? Sunlight that appears white is broken down into 7 spectral colors of different wavelengths by a glass prism. They are also called rainbow or chakra colors. Each color has a specific wavelength and radiates different energetic information that affects our physical and mental well-being. So each of these colors has its own use and at the same time affects the associated chakra. A small part of the colors are absorbed through the retina in the eye and the larger part is transported directly to the hypothalamus in the brain via the main receptors. We can take advantage of this in holistic practice and support our dogs and horses with the different colors. The 7 spectral colors are red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue and violet. How do the colors work and when can they be used?
Red «Energy» The color is stimulating, invigorating and strengthening • Promotes activity and vitality • Warming • Stimulates the circulatory and nervous systems in orange «Enthusiasm» The color has a relaxing, relaxing, balancing effect • Strengthening of mental strength • Muscle cramps / cramping • Harmonization of the gastric activity yellow «joy» The color has a strengthening, detoxifying, uplifting • Disinfecting • Has a regenerating and stimulating effect on the rest • Promotes the metabolism Green «balancing» The color has a calming, detoxifying, antiseptic effect • Disinfecting • Has a regenerating and stimulating effect on the metabolism Turquoise « harmonizing »The color ensures a clear head • Increases the urge to act • Releases blockages • Blue fears« cool »The color has an anti-inflammatory, calming, relaxing effect • Can lower blood pressure • Nourishes nerves, reduces stress • Eye, nose and throat problems

The indications mentioned above are just a few examples. The colors can support many other indications. The treatment lasts about 10 - 20 minutes and is carried out with a lot of rest and if possible in a darkened room or darker corner of the barn. After the treatment, the animal needs rest (no walks or riding). If you are interested, please send me a message to info@tierisch-gesund.com and we will then discuss everything else.
